PNG2PDF provides a browser-based converter that helps visitors combine PNG images into a PDF file. The service is designed as a practical utility with a limited purpose: visitors select image files, choose PDF layout settings and download the created document. The converter does not require account registration, a user profile or a paid subscription to complete this task.

File conversion is handled in the browser after the page and required scripts have loaded. This means the selected PNG images are read by the browser for the purpose of building the PDF document on the visitor’s device. PNG2PDF does not intentionally provide a server upload feature for the selected PNG files as part of the conversion workflow.

Information visitors provide

Visitors may provide PNG image files through the file picker or drag-and-drop area. These files are used to create the PDF output requested by the visitor. The file name typed into the PDF file name field is used locally to name the downloaded PDF file. If a visitor contacts PNG2PDF by email or another contact method, the message content and contact details included in that message may be used to respond to the request.

Visitors should avoid submitting sensitive information through any contact channel unless it is necessary for the request. PNG2PDF is a public web utility and is not intended to be a secure records management platform, medical records platform, legal document repository or long-term document storage service.

Automatically processed information

When a visitor opens the website, standard technical information may be processed by hosting providers, browsers, security systems and analytics or advertising partners if such services are enabled. This can include IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, approximate location derived from network data, pages visited, timestamps and diagnostic information used to keep the website available and secure.

PNG2PDF may use aggregated or technical information to understand site performance, detect errors, prevent abuse and improve the visitor experience. This information is not used by the converter to inspect the contents of selected PNG images.

Advertising and third-party services

PNG2PDF may display advertising or use third-party services that rely on cookies, similar technologies or browser storage. Advertising partners may use signals such as page context, device information or prior interactions with websites and apps to provide, measure and improve ads. Visitors can control cookie settings through their browser and, where available, through consent tools shown on the website.

Third-party services have their own policies and technical practices. PNG2PDF aims to use reputable services and to keep the website suitable for a general audience, but visitors should review the privacy controls available in their browser and advertising settings if they want to limit personalized advertising or tracking.

Data retention

Selected PNG files are used in the active browser session to create the requested PDF. The website does not intentionally store those selected conversion files on a PNG2PDF server. Contact messages may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to answer the request, maintain records, prevent abuse or comply with applicable obligations.

Visitor choices

Visitors can choose not to select files, can clear the selected image list before creating a PDF and can close the browser tab at any time. Visitors can also adjust browser settings to block or delete cookies, restrict third-party storage or manage permissions. Some website features, advertising functions or embedded resources may not work as expected if certain browser features are disabled.

Children’s privacy

PNG2PDF is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children. The website does not knowingly request personal information from children. If a parent or guardian believes that a child has provided personal information through a contact channel, they may request review or deletion of that information.

Policy scope

This Privacy Policy applies to PNG2PDF pages and the browser-based PNG to PDF converter. It does not apply to third-party websites that may be linked from PNG2PDF or to services that are controlled by other organizations.
